Service/Offer Provider Agreement

Note: Terms & Conditions given in section 1 are applicable to all service providers except home/office movers. Movers Terms and Conditions are given in section 2.

Note: Terms & Conditions given in section 3 are applicable to all offer providers except hotels. Hotels Terms and Conditions are given in section 4.


Section 1

  • Katmeer.com is taking the broker role between the customer and the second party.
  • Katmeer.com will provide the service provider all available leads/opportunities through email generated from Katmeer.com website or its mobile applications.
  • Once the lead/opportunity is accepted by the service provider; AED 5 will be paid to the Katmeer.com before sharing any customer details. Customer’s and lead/opportunity details will be shared only after paying the aforementioned amount.
  • Once the deal is settled between the customer and the service provider; 10% of the total deal amount should be paid to Katmeer.com by the Service provider.
  • All kinds of customer concerns and complaints should be handled, addressed and resolved by the service provider only without any liability on or towards Katmeer.com.
  • Customer satisfaction is the top priority for Katmeer.com; hence, the service provider agrees to put customer satisfaction as his/their top priority and do everything possible to achieve this objective.
  • Customer reviews will be screened by Katmeer.com before posting on their website; service provider agrees to post customer reviews whether positive or negative without any objection as long as the review does not include any offensive language.

Section 2

  • Katmeer.com is taking the broker role between the customer and the second party.
  • Katmeer.com will provide the home/office movers all available leads/opportunities through email generated from Katmeer.com website or its mobile applications.
  • Once the lead/opportunity is accepted by the home/office mover; AED 5 will be paid to Katmeer.com before sharing any customer details. Customer’s and lead/opportunity details will be shared only after paying the aforementioned amount.
  • Once the deal is settled between the customer and the home/office movers; 10% of the total deal amount should be paid to Katmeer.com by the Service provider.
  • All kinds of customer concerns and complaints should be handled, addressed and resolved by the home/office movers only without any liability on or towards Katmeer.com.
  • Customer satisfaction is the top priority for Katmeer.com; hence, the home/office mover agrees to put customer satisfaction as his/their top priority and do everything possible to achieve this objective.
  • Customer reviews will be screened by Katmeer.com before posting on their website; home/office movers agree to post customer reviews whether positive or negative without any objection as long as the review does not include any offensive language.

Section 3

  • Offer providers must honor their offer as per their provided terms and conditions that are posted at the time of publishing their offer.
  • Customer satisfaction is number one priority for Katmeer.com; offer provider agrees to put customer concerns as his/their top priority.
  • Customer complaints towards any offer must be addressed and resolved by the offer provider in the fastest possible manner without any liability on Katmeer.com.
  • Customer reviews will be reviewed by Katmeer.com before posting. Offer provider agrees to post all reviews whether positive or negative as long as the review does not include offensive language.
  • Offer provider agrees to pay 3% of the posted price + AED 5 for each purchase done through Katmeer.com website or its related mobile apps.
  • Payments from Katmeer.com to the offer provider (after deducting the aforementioned commission) will be settled on monthly bases.

Section 4

  • Offer providers (hotels) must honor their offer as per their provided terms and conditions that are posted at the time of publishing their offer.
  • Customer satisfaction is number one priority for Katmeer.com; offer provider (hotel) agrees to put customer concerns as his/their top priority.
  • Customer complaints towards any offer must be addressed and resolved by the offer provider (hotel) in the fastest possible manner without any liability on Katmeer.com.
  • Customer reviews will be reviewed by Katmeer.com before posting. The offer provider (hotel) agrees to post all reviews whether positive or negative as long as the review does not include offensive language.
  • Offer provider (hotel) agrees to pay 6% of the posted price for each purchase done through Katmeer.com website or its related mobile apps.
  • Payments from Katmeer.com to the hotel (after deducting the aforementioned commission) will be settled on monthly bases.
